I'm betting that as you read that word, a person or 2 popped right into your mind, or maybe a situation, or even maybe (probably) it's you. What is it, then, that's been weighing on your heart and using your energy? Are there one or two sticky situations where someone didn't do right by you, or you didn't do right by someone, that you've been wanting to move through but just haven't known how?
In this group, we're going to let our breath do the heavy lifting of opening up space to let go, allow ourselves a little more peace, and relax into freedom!
Breathwork is an active meditation using a specific 2-part breathing pattern to connect to your body and vitality, open up space for stagnant old energy and emotions to flow freely, and expand your heart. Most (more like, all) of us are carrying around pain, fear, trauma, and outdated beliefs about ourselves and the world around us, which all live tucked away in our cells, in various corners of our bodies. Breathwork is a simple tool that supports us in finally shedding those heavy weights and strengthening our inner knowing and connection to our higher selves.
