Breathwork is an active meditation using a specific 2-part breathing pattern to connect to your body, move stuck energy and emotions, and open your heart.
We tend to think of spring as the natural time for cleansing and renewal, but did you know that autumn is just as powerful at encouraging release of all that we no longer need? Autumn is when the trees, as Rumi says, let the dead leaves drop, as they have served their natural purpose and won't be needed for the winter ahead.
At this breathwork group, we will use the strength and intention of our group to prune away the beliefs and habits that we have outgrown, that we don't need to carry with us into the hibernation of winter. Using the breath to cleanse, we will get crystal clear about what's really important to keep with us, and what leaves are ready to drop.
Please wear clothes that are comfortable for you to lie down in, and bring an eye pillow or cover if you like.
