At the beginning of last month, I did my usual check in with a well-known astrologer's horoscopes. This time, the gist of it was, and I'm only being slightly dramatic, "Your month is going to totally suck and be filled with setbacks in every area of your life, so good luck with that." I got to the end and wondered, "wtf was that?! Am I just supposed to sit around anticipating disaster for the next 30 days?"
I decided then that it was time for a cleanse -- an astrology cleanse. No more input from other people about what's going on in my universe and my experience. Only taking in info from the ultimate expert on me -- my own intuition. And, wouldn’t you know it, July turned out to be amazing.
“What should I eat?"
This question is a common one in my healing arts practice. The people who come to me (maybe you are one of them!) are highly motivated to feel better, and they want to know everything possible about how to create sustainable healing.
